Overview
Copenhagen Flames is one of Denmark’s best-known esports organizations, home to teams in CS:GO, Fortnite, Rocket League and Super Smash Bros 4.
For a period of two years, the organization also had an Overwatch roster. In October 2019, their LOL team also disbanded.
The organisation was established in 2016 with the acquisition of Aquiver’s former CSGO roster. Since then, the Counter Strike GO team has been active in mid-tier and regional tournaments, with their most notable results taking place in 2019. Their League of Legends team was part of the LCD League ( League Championship Denmark) but following the departures of Eden Fox, Guubi, and Kalhirain in October 2019, the roster disbanded. Nonetheless, the same month, they announced their return to the Rocket League competitive scene.
Copenhagen Flames are also one of the few organizations that are home to women-only rosters, playing under Copenhagen Flames Female name.

In 2019 the Danish team had their best year and they managed to win the NEL Nordic Playoffs against Vikenparty, the League – Season 2: Europe Invite Division against Nemiga Games and the Dust2.dk POWER Play against GoldenGitte. In 2020 they won the United Masters League Season 2 tournament.
