DPC EEU 2022 (CIS) Overview
Tournament Overview
DPC EEU 2022 one of the six official Dota Pro Circuit Leagues. The tournament covers the Eastern Europe countries, as well as, the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) region. Most of the teams are the teams that participate in previous CIS region tournaments, but DPC decided to change things a bit in 2022.
The tournament takes place between 29th November and 23rd January 2022 with a prize pool of $280,000 divided unequal for the two divisions: $205,000 for Division I and $75,000 for Division II.

DPC EEU 2022 Format
Division I
All 8 teams are from the previous Dota Pro Circuit of the region. Six teams are from Division I of Season 2 of previous DPC season and the other 2 from Division II of Season 2 of previous DPC season.
The matches are Bo3, and they are played as a single round-robin.
The first placed team from Division I goes directly to the Major Playoffs, and the 2nd place team qualifies to the Major Group Stage. The bottom two teams will relegate to Division II of DPC EEU 2022 Season II. The other 4 remain in the same spot.
Division II
From the 8 teams that are participating in the DPC EEU Division II, one team from Division I of Season 2 of previous DPC season. Four teams from Division II of Season 2 of previous DPC season. The last, but not least, three teams come from an open qualifier.
All the matches are a single round-robin with Bo3 matches.
First two teams get qualified to Division I of Season 2. The bottom two teams are eliminated, and the remaining teams are maintained in the current division for Season 2.
