Blast Premier announced the partnership with SteelSeries, the worldwide leader in gaming and esports peripherals, on 4th October 2021. Their cooperation is a multi-event agreement in which SteelSeries will host a number of CS:GO-related activities during the Fall Season.
SteelSeries is a Danish manufacturer of gaming peripherals and accessories, including headphones, keyboards, mice, controllers, and mousepads. SteelSeries was established in 2001. The company revolutionized gaming mice technology with their award-winning Prime Pro Series line of mice.
BLAST and SteelSeries collaborated for the first time at the BLAST Pro Series Copenhagen 2019. After that collab, both organizations worked together at the Bounty Hunt online Dota 2 event last year.
The Danish gaming company will join forces with BLAST on events and brand activations and engage with BLAST’s community of Counter-Strike fans.
Throughout the Fall season, SteelSeries will be present in both Showdown and the Final and active at BLAST Premier’s eagerly anticipated return to arena events at the Fall Final in Copenhagen’s Royal Arena. SteelSeries will engage initiatives for fans, giveaways and will have a designated space at the venue.
“It’s a hugely exciting time for BLAST Premier with the start of our Fall Season and the imminent return of fans and arena events ahead of November’s Fall Final in Copenhagen. We’re thrilled to welcome back such a reputable global brand like SteelSeries and have some exciting plans lined up for the partnership during this period.”
Oliver Clarke, Head of Brand Partnerships at BLAST
“As the original esports brand, we seek to inspire through our innovation and creativity, through our products, and with our partners. There are many synergies between BLAST Premier and SteelSeries and the Fall 2021 season marks the perfect opportunity to collaborate.”
Tony Trubridge, Global Esports Director at SteelSeries
