KFC Battle

Apparently, it’s hard to keep your (trigger) fingers out of the esports honey jar, even if you’re more of a fried chicken type of dude. KFC just announced its move into the esports scene by hosting two KFC Battle esports tournaments for Central and Eastern European players.

The KFC Battle prizes: tickets to CS:GO StarLadder Berlin Major 2019 and a fully paid trip to the Dota2 The International 2019 event in Shanghai

So if like to gnaw on a spicy chicken leg while De_Dust2 loads and you’re currently based in the land of the slavs (but not exclusively), read on as this might be the best news you get today!

Lick your fingers, finish that fizzy drink and get your ass back in that chair – a trip to one of the biggest esports events of the year are up for grabs.

Here’s how you get to participate in the KFC Battle:

“In order to compete in the final stage of the tournament, CEE teams will go through a qualifying stage consisting of open and closed online qualifiers on FACEIT to determine two leading teams. These teams will then compete in the concluding Grand Finale in Moscow. Open qualifiers for KFC BATTLE will take place every weekend day from May 11 to June 2. Closed qualifiers both for Central and Eastern European teams and for teams from Russia, Kazakhstan, Belorussia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, and Georgia will take place on June 7-9.”

To take part in any of the two KFC Battle events you just need to pick an area you are interested and register! The participation is absolutely free! No crispy strips included!
