Game developer Psyonix has announced its new partnership with vehicle manufacturer BMW for Rocket League esports tournaments on 2nd November.

BMW, the title sponsor for Rocket League Open and Rocket League Freestyle tournaments
BWM will become the title sponsor for the two Rocket League tournaments because of its partnership with Psyonix. The BMW Rocket League Open starts on November 5th and is the second regional tournament in the 2021-22 RLCS European Circuit. The competition has a shared prize pool of $100,000.
Additionally, Psyonix partnered with the freestyle players and organized a two-day event: BMW Freestyle Tournament. The freestyle players will compete for a prize pool of $25,000.
BMW M240i car will be part of Rocket League this Year
The in-game car model is available from November 4th till Wednesday, November 10th. The interesting part of the collab is that the BMW model will be available for driving in the game before it will be in the real world.
Besides BMW, Psyonix secured partnerships with NASCAR, Ford, Formula 1, and McLaren, among others for Rocket League. This lead to an impressive number of vehicles in the game, some being real-world cars.
